VISION
Since I have been here on the Monterey Peninsula, I've been telling stories with my music and words. I feel the extraordinary curiosity, openness, and empathetic heart that our community has toward connecting with and understanding other human beings. It has inspired me to continue to tell more powerful stories of all of us and in deeper ways.
In this debut of the Sunkiss'd Mozart Summerfest, I want to celebrate how the Monterey Peninsula is a place that nourishes the heart of an artist, from its most magnificent natural surroundings, rich history of artists, to its beautiful people. To experience and fall in love with a place is a seed planted that keeps blossoming… (stay tuned for more)

At Seeds, our experience includes the historic Monterey Museum of Art’s Work Gallery and La Mirada adobe, and beautiful homes on this magical brewing ground for art.
Hugged by the enchanting surroundings, hear glorious classics by Mozart and Tchaikovsky and rare and personal explorations by Dvorak and Dohnanyi, and immerse your heart and spirit in vibrant stories of composers living among us today that weave together cultural essences across time and the global world that's merely a click away at our fingertips.

Seeds is a celebration of chamber music in intimate surroundings bounded by breathtaking vistas called the greatest meeting of land and sea in the world. The romance of these ancient cypress shores, where art and beauty flourish, has long inspired writers, artists, lovers and musicians.
Among the premier musicians who will thrill our listeners across a spectrum of time, styles and interpretations, violist David Samuel, imbued with the articulate romanticism of the Guarneri Quartet, and Tanya Tomkins, a towering presence of Baroque and modern cello. Each note of hers is radiant, resplendent, and heartfelt.
